Ortho BOM annotation slow P3D 2015

Hi!

When I put BOM annotation on an ortho view the procedure getting slows down at the end. Especially when I annotate the fasteners. I notice a huge performance drop, sometimes I have to wait one minute to put down one bom label. Is this a bug? Can we expect hotfix for this?

I am having the same issue but only for drawings with more than 40 items in the BOM. We are using 2014 w/ext. 2.

This is an old post, but I don't see any solutions. I'm getting the same problem using P3D 2017. Does anyone have a fix for this (almost 5 years later)?
