Ortho Annotations Disappear (Line Numbers) when we update View

I am having an issue with one of my ortho drawing (only 1 of 15).  When we update the view, all of the line number annotations disappear.  Also, we get a "dimension disassociated" in the commard bar.  We can go back and add back in everything but this will become time consuming.

What is wrong and how do I fix it?

The key to Ortho's is to make sure none of the items generated are not edited. You have remember, the drawing that is generated is still linked to the project. How it was originally generated should remain the same because this is what the ortho generation process is looking for when the views are updated. You need to avoid moving or editing the drawing, unlocking viewports, scaling viewports and changing layers of the objects. For your issue, it would seem the ortho to the project has become broken likely because one of these reasons. Unfortunately, I would suggest going back and recreating the ortho.
