Ortho Annotation & Pipe Gaps Moving..

I might have seen this discussed before, but I cannot find the message threads.

I'm creating my orthos and sometimes when I come back to a drawing the annotation will be outside the drawing border.  This just happened with my pipe gaps for the first time. 

I'm running 2014 Ext.1. I have multiple layouts tabs in each DWG file.  Annotation on some sheets are fine, others not.

Any suggestions on how to keep this from happening?

Just went back into the drawing (50 minutes later) and the annotations are back where they should be....

Weird.
