Orifice Flanges Catalog Incorrection

Adding a Orifice Flange to a Spec I noticed that there is some incorrections in dimensions.

1° -  The instrument connection for the diameters lower than 4" are incorrect; The diameter of hole (drill) is 1/4" an 3/8", but the NPT connection is 1/2".

2° - On length dimension was forgotten the raised face dimension (0.06") both in "L" and in "B" dimensions ; In a common WN flange the dimension "B" is does not sum the raised face, but the total length is correct; In the case of the orifice flange the "B" dimension can not be ignored, because the sum of 0,94" plus 0.06" must be 1".

Check annex image.

The way I read it, you should just change the item to suit the dimensions you require.

Yes, that is a solution for now.

I pointed out that, in order for the catalog could be fixed in the next versions.

Gabriel,

Thank for this post. I noticed this as well and was extremely confused by it. I assumed Plant 3D would use the standards they call out correctly! From now on, I will double check. Hopefully they fix this and recheck all specs in later versions.
