Not supported in a non P&ID drawing file.

Dear all,

I try to use AutoCAD Plant 3D educational version. When I try to add anything on a new drawing, or sample drawing or etc

"This tool is not supported in a non PNID drawing file"

 Some user have same problem like me (http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/AutoCAD-Plant-3D/P-amp-ID-Error/td-p/3817121,http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/AutoCAD-P-ID/This-tool-is-not-supported-in-a-non-PNID-drawing-file/td-...) but I can`t solve my problem.

I have changed the regional and language settings of my computer and same problem procedd again and again.

Can anyone help me?

(also I try uninstall and install again Plant 3D but it didn`t work)

Hi,

Here is the exact solution for "this tool is not supported in a non p&id drawing file" error.

Go to control panel > time,language and region > region > change location > choose USA from the location tab. And then click administrative tab. choose English as the language for non-unicode programs.

It works. I have just tried.
