No Plant 3D Properties in Navisworks

I must be doing something wrong.

When I click on a Plant 3D object in Navisworks 2013 there is no useful information except source file and layer. When I click on a CadWorx pipe item I get Short Description, Size, Long Description, Tag, Line number, Specification, Database code, Weight and Length.

Since Plant 3D and Navisworks are Autodesk products can somebody confirm this pipe information is also available for Plant 3D objects we will then know it is our setup

Thanks

Are your object enabler's installed for Navisworks?

Hi Dave,

We had the object enabler installed, but I had not restarted the machine. It looks good now. Thanks

Further to above, we had the 2012 object enabler installed to match 2012 Plant 3D, we needed to install the 2013 object enabler to match 2013 Navisworks.
