new iso template drawing

I created a new iso style for our company title block, I coping the final_A3 style I renamed, and then pathed to our title block.dwt. I have been able to adjust the drawing area, and no draw for the north arrow. However everytime I attempt location the BOM area I receive a fatal error unhandled access viloation reading 0x0000 exception at 11e853h.

does the ISO template need to be placed in the iso style folder?

where can I find better printed information on this subject?

Is the title block inside the .dwt file actually called "Title Block"?

no the title block is part of the template file, the only block inserted is the A1 drawing attribute block.

I had attempted deleting the existing drawing area and no draw area that came in with the new title block template. this was suggested on the ask an expert area. that suggestion did not work either. please see the attached .dwt

The border/frame needs to be a block called Title Block.

I have place a block called title block into the dwt drawing. I see it preview now when I switch to the new iso style, however I still receive the fatal error when placing the bom area. I didn't get a change to post it on the previous post, but I couldn't upload the template file as a dwt. It was giving me an error not a valid file format. So I added the .pdf extension and was able to upload. Please rename to open and review.
