New Connection Type in Project setup for Laminations (GRP)

hi,

how i can add a new connection type in the project setup?

because the Pipe material is Glass Reinforced Plastic and the have laminations instead of welds. for this i need a new connection Parts in 3D ( example see attached file) and something in Isometrics (Description in the Weld list / Symbols / ......)......

thanks

Hermann

In Plant3D, type PLANTENDCODES and you can add new end codes. In the Catalog and Spec editor, you can manually type in the same End Codes in the parts editor to match the new ones you just created.

In the Project Properties, have a look at the Piping Connection Settings and add your new connections to the list with whichever fasteners it requires.

hi,vannmannen

i have recieved some emails according to this.

they told me that this is at the moment not possible to add a new connection type but they will note this in the develeopment.

the only way is to change one of the existing connection types(not used) into this what you need.
