Need Lisp to Change Layers of All Nested Objects back to "0"

I am trying to find a Code that change the “internal blocks and lines” of a Block back to;

Color -                             ByLayer

Layer -                             0

Linetype -                         ByLayer

Linetype Scale -                1.000

Lineweight -                     ByLayer

Transparency -                  ByLayer

Thinkness -                       0

This way when I change the Main Layer of a block to Another Layer with a Different Color, all the internal blocks will change to that color too.
