Need Help in iso creation missing column in BOM

Hello, 
Like the question says. I build my custom spec with Item Code. Use it in my model and add Item code in table setup at Project properties/ setup title block option. But when I create the Iso I get no warnings and my last column of my BOM is missing. The Item Code is stated in PCF file and in IsoConfig.xml under BOM simpletype section. I am using 2013 plant 3d.

In the Table Setup, do you have all the columns (including that last column) checked?

Maybe adding some images here would help the discussion community in responding.
