Multiple Component Entries from CADWorx

After converting a CADWorx Spec, i got a multiple entry of components showing on my spec pallete. like for my pipe, i got 3 entries for it. is there a way to combine them and make them as one? been trying it on excel without success, any ideas?

Hi Tom, My Goal is to have one icon for the Pipes, one Icon for WNRF Flange, one Icon for BW 90LR Elbow...etch...basically to group them.

not like as what you can see in the pix, its one icon, one schedule.

If there are multiple entries of each type in the spec, thats what the pallette is going to show.

If the (paper) spec says there is only one type of pipe, and your (electronic) spec has two pipes, then obviously the electronic one is wrong.

The pallette is dynamic, and just reflects what it is in the electronic spec.
