Lost my BOP & TOP data?

None of the models in my project show any data for "Bottom of Pipe" or "Top of Pipe".  I'm not 100% certain, but I could have sworn this was working before I loaded P3D 2014 Ext. 1.  My project is a migrated from 2013.

If I create a new project from the Plant default, BOP and TOP data works.

Any clues on how to get this information back into my current project?

I tested this by creating a 2013 project and running pipe, then migrating to 2014 and also migrating to 2014 Extension 1. Both successfully showed the Top of Pipe and Bottom of Pipe elevations in the properties.

Was the 2013 project previously migrated from an even earlier version?

If you run a test not using this project –start a new project in 2013 with pipe and migrate that project- do the properties show up then?  (If they do, that probably confirms something wonky specific to that one project).

Was the piping that you’re missing elevations on created in Plant 3D or was it brought in from another program such as Inventor?

Thank you for getting back with me.

I'll try to answer your questions directly.

1. Our company uses a default project that includes all of our settings.  This was originally created in 2013, then migrated to 2014.  If I use this, the BOP/TOP does not work.

2.  If I do not use our company default project, but the blank Plant 2014 default, then the BOP/TOP works.

3. All the piping was created in Plant program.

Is there a way to 'reaquire' this information, thus fixing my default project?  I'm fearful of all the lost work recreating the 'Company Default' project.

By the way, if I create a 2013 project using Plant default, migrate it to 2014, the BOP\TOP will also work.

Looks as if something in my company default project is wonky and hopefully correctable.
