Lost Connection infor in Plant 3D 2012 ISOs

Hi all

I met a very strange problem:

In the attached dwg file,there are 2 simple pipeline with linenumber 0001 and 0002

0002 connect on 0001 using tapping connection.

when generate iso,we can see:

1.if generate quick iso for both of the two pipe at the same time,we can see that in the ISO of 0001,there is connection infor while there is not in 0002(open end)

2.if generate quick iso for 0002 singly,we can see the connection infor in the iso

3.if generate product iso for both of the two pipe at the same time, we can see that  in the ISO of 0001,there is connection infor while there is not in 0002(open end)

4.if generate product iso for 0002 singly,we can't  see the connection infor in the iso(open end)

so what cause it happen?

is it a bug in 2012?
