Issue with pipeconnector-settings flanged

Hi!

i found that somebody deactived the point which checks if the pressure on a flange is the same then the pressure of the other part in the project settings. (see attachment)

i've activaded it again.

now it does not work again. if somebody place a flange with PN 40 the gasket is PN16.

before that everything was fine.

i tryed the same in a sample project, the same problem.

things i have done but didn't have worked:

"check project"

pnplocaldatacache.exe

validade project, validade drawing,

remove all placed flanged connections. and purge the drawings.

does somebody has that problem too?

thx, Mario

Hi,

The DefaultConnectorsConfig.xml does not appear to be applying the correct filters.

Try changing it to this for the gasket:

<Filter>NominalDiameter=E1.NominalDiameter AND Facing=E1.Facing AND PressureClass=E1.PressureClass</Filter>

and this for the boltset:

<Filter>NominalDiameter=E1.NominalDiameter AND IsLugSet=0 AND Facing=E1.Facing AND PressureClass=E1.PressureClass

These filters should be written back to the xml after re-selecting Pressure Class in the Modify Joint dialog so I will log this issue with our developers.

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Dan

Thank you very much Dan!
for note, what i found out. it works as long as you note deactivate it, and activate it again.
now with the filter you wrote, everything is perfect again.
Thanks again Mario
