Isometrics in Plant 3D 2015 Extension 1

Creating Isometrics in 2015 extension 1 does not work anymore. It says "Iso creation is processing in the background", but nothing happens. I also tried to create a PCF - it comes out empty. Any ideas?

Thanks, that worked. Had to uninstall sp2 for all AutoCAD related applications - MEP, MECH, SD etc

You don't have to uninstall SP2. There's a simple registry fix for Plant 3D and P&ID. See the above mentioned link.
