Isometric Error message

Hi all, look We have a  SQL Database baed project, so, when one user has to generate an isometric at the same time of another user the program sends an error message  "Isometric Generation Error... Ahother isometric generation request is currently in process, Please try again shortly."

Is it possible that more than one user can generate isometric, we have a project and is necessary to generate several line isometrics.

If everyone else is out of the project, does that user still get that message?

Is this happening in just this project or other projects as well?

If the anyone else is generating isometrics the message is not appear at that time but if anyone else is generating at the same time the message still appears..
