Iso ignores drawing area

When I create a new ISO the line is drawn at a scale 1 on 1.

Checked my ISO template and drawing area is correct.

I've made a lot of Iso during the day and suddenly changed to this ( See attachment)

I don't know what the characteristics are a line that will cause this problem. We used to have this problem with some lines. We still might.

I believe we've fixed these issues in 2014 Ext 2. If you're using Ext 2 or 2015 and still having this problem, please contact support so we can get it logged and into the system.

I'm checking with our IT department as to what they installed (we just recently, in the past month..... got Plant 3D 2014) so i'm not sure if the ext 2 was installed when they installed our software. I will let you know

I see this is an old post. I still have this problem with P3D version 2020.
