How to custom the Pipeline Reference for ISOGEN?

Can i use the field Service, Size, Spec, Line number to piece together to the pipeline reference for ISOGEN?
Such as: Line number-Size-Spec-Service ---> L10001-4"-CS150-Water

I haven't tried this, but here's what I would suggest. Create a new property
for your pipeline. In this new property, see if you can use the acquisition
features to piece together your line number. Customize your Isogen
titleblock to use this new property.

If this doesn't work, you can always customize the Isogen titleblock and put
the pieces of the line number in one at a time.

As far as I know you can use the acquisition feature to reference only one property to your new property, so this would not be possible using acquisition feature. It would not be easy to put the pieces of the line number beside each other and match them in the iso title block.
I suggest to add a new string property to P3d line Group and fill it manually in the 3D model through line properties. you can then place this property in the iso title block, it is also possible to use LDT for this purpose.
If you do not plan to link the 3D model to Autocad P&ID , you can customize the pipe Tag as you wish, or even enter the whole line name for line no. Edited by: MMSW on Jan 7, 2010 7:19 AM
