How to add a Weldolet connection?

I have a 20" pipe that I need to add several weldolets to. I am having trouble finding how to add them. I see how to add sockolet and threadolet but not weldolet. Could someone please help me with this? I am kinda new to this program.

Same as all the olets, if your weldolet is default and working, just hover it on the pipe and dimensions relative to your olet will appear and the pipe will be highlighted. If that does not happen. hover your olet to the pipe then snap to nearest (shift+right click, then choose nearest).
