How can I supress co-ordinates in isometric? only Elevation will be there.

How can I bring the complete Pipe Tag in Isometric drawing, now it is coming "Line No.-Pipe size-Spec".

I want it should come like "Size - Spec. - Service - Line No."

Hi,

Try this:

1. Turn off/uncheck the Append Coordinates and Elevation box under project setup for each End Connection Annotation type.
   
   
2. Open the Isoconfig.xml, search for “ElevationScheme – Elevation” or “ElevationScheme – ElevationExtended” and set the Enable value to “true”, use either 1 or 2 depending on how you want your elevation to be displayed.

Hi,

This can also be configured in the isoconfig.xml. This time by editing the LineNumberScheme to this:

<LineNumberScheme Name="LineNumber" AnnotationStyle="Standard" Format="{1}-{0}" Alignment="SkewAligned" LeaderStyle="AsNeeded" ComponentFields="Size PIPING-SPEC Service" LineFields="PIPELINE-REFERENCE" ComponentFormat="{0}-{1}-{2}" LineFormat="{0}" />

One thing to note is that if the Service has not been assigned then no isometric line number will be written to the isometric.

I am able to bring the Service in my Pipie tag but,

1.  Size is not coming.

2. IN SOME PIPE MODEL SOMETIMES it is coming like "--FW-117", IN ANOTHE PIPE LINE it is coming "-MSBK08.50-FW-117".

3. BUT BOTH THE CASES SIZE IS NOT COMING IF "LINE DISPLAY"

4. IN DATA MANGER "LINE DISPLAY" COLUMN IS NOT COMING.

Did you set the nominal size/spec in the line group properties?

Somteimes spec is coming but in all cases Size not coming.
