Generating Isometric

I have an issue for generating Isometric Drawings,

I get missing for the spool no. list & Weld Description, for more clarification Refer

 the attached file.

I just checked the FTP and it seems to be working fine. I have sent you an email with instructions on getting connected to FTP. Please let me know, if the issue persists.
