FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e06d7363h Exception at fd84aa7dh

Hi,

we have a problem with Plant 3D on the following machine:

WIN 7 32 AND 64-bit.

While using Plant 3D 2010 more times a day the system is crashing an the message in the headline appears.

Has anyone an idea what this message means?

Thanks, Julian Koch

Hi Julian,

What are you attempting to do when the error occurs?  Any further information would be very helpful.

Hey Ian,

you're right. I thougt there would maybe a list with the error messages.;)

Oh, and I'm not quite sure, if I posted it, but they work with AutoCAD Plant 3D 2010.

The message appeares when they work with AutoCAD Classic (not Plant 3D or P&ID) in the AutoCAD Plant 3D. When thy want to go from one drawing into antoher one or when they want to open a second drawing.

Hope that helps. I don't have more informations.

BR, Julian

Hi Julian

I hope you read this in spite of the fact that you found the solution to your own problem.

We experience the same problem as you described.

Could you, please, tell me in what way did the server have any impact on the event?

How did you solve it?

Hope you're  my savior!

Yes, Julian. Please provide the details from the server side that resolved this issue.

From what I have read so far, this could be related to

.NET FRAMEWORKS 4.0 - this is not verified. Could the moderator (Autodesk) confirm or deny this possibility.

Hey,

sry for my delayed answer. I'm not quite sure now, 'cause it was afew days ago... So, what the customer told me, that the internal capicity of the server was too high. All their drawings are stored on this server.

I don't know, if they have a new server now or if they find another way to work.

Hope that will help you!?

I'd like to encourage everyone to push the "send the information to Autodesk" button when AutoCAD crashes. These crashes go into a database and both the Plant team and the AutoCAD team sort through the data and use it to fix bugs. So, this information is useful and does help us fix bugs.

Thanks!
