Error Message

I have two 90 deg 2.5" Ells in a drawing. Other fittings, pipe and equipment do not cause this error.  When these two are deleted it saves properly.

When I save the drawing I get

An unknown error has occured.

Please include the details below when you report this issue to your administrator or Autodesk.

PnPCompletionStatus.FailedToAcceptChanged

Abort due to constraint violation

PRIMARY KEY must be unique

when I delete the two ells it saves as normal.

any ideas?

John.

Edit - I swapped the 90 deg Ells for 2 - 45 deg Ells.  it saves, but the issue is still there.

As soon as you deleted them, have you tried to close out of all open drawing an run the PLANTAUDIT?

If that does not help then, backup the drawing first and use Open command to open the drawing like a normal AutoCAD drawing file. Then run and AUDIT of the drawing.

See if that helps to resolve the issue you are having.

Not sure what happened..

I saved two copies.  one with no ells ( no 90 or 45's ) and the other I replaced the 90's with 45's. - ran <audit project> from the project manager.
did my orthos as needed
removed them from the project.

I put them back into the project to test as you suggested but they worked this time.

sooo not sure what happened.
