error message when saving

Hi,

Every time I save my piping model I get the following message:

PnPCompletionStatus.RowNotFound

Does anyone know why I am getting this and if there is a fix?

It does save, but would like to not have this happen.

If you have added properties to classes in the database you'll have to purge the cache in each machine that has had the project open previously. Also, apparently this can happen when adding items from other projects that have differing properties.
