Dynamic Tool Palette

How do you turn OFF Dynamic Tool Palettes, each time you change spec and also on first use it locks the screen for several minutes whilst it re-builds the content.

You can use the command "PLANTDYNAMICTOOLPALETTE" and set it to "Disable"
