Duplicate TAG Piping Specialty Item

Cuando insertamos varios accesorios (Piping specialty items) el programa nos permite duplicar TAGS.
Es un error del programa?

When inserting various accessories (Piping specialty items) program allows us to double TAGS.

This is actually part of the exisiting design of P&ID for piping specialty items. However, this has been passed on to our development team as a future enhancement request. The request ask for these tags to function in the same manner as valves do and not allow for duplicate tags.

I have the same basic query and this has been an issue for years but I would like to know if the documented workflow to fix the issue actually works with 2019 and 2020 moving forward.  The workflow albeit documented this October only refers to "AutoCAD P&ID 2012, AutoCAD P&ID 2013, AutoCAD P&ID 2014, AutoCAD P&ID 2015, AutoCAD P&ID 2016, & AutoCAD P&ID 2017"

not 2018 or later ( I am using 2018).
