Dummy Leg & Stancion Diameters

Where can you select the size of the dummy legs and welded stancion supports?  It seems like the program automatically chooses one pipe size down.  Our company standard is different.

For example, if I have a 4" pipe, I would like to have a 2" welded stancion be used, not a 3-1/2".

Thanks.

Standard it seems one size smaller is chosen.

You can change the diameter in the properties panel of the dummy.

I don't know if the standard choice can be changed,

Thanks for your reply.  What you have described is what I have been doing.  I was hoping there would be a file I could update.

What you could do is edit the support catalog (and spec).

If you change the dimensions of the dummy legs in the catalog to the values you want, but leave the main size intact, maybe you can trick Plant3D to place the right size.

Never tried, don't know if this has any disadvantageous effect.

Editing the catalog and spec should work. I've done it for another project.
