Display the Equipment Name in Isometric

How can I bring the Equipment Name with Tag in Isometric?

I want in isometric as below

Connected to

"Disc filter"

15-FT-001, N1, 150#

E-XXXXX

N-XXXXX

EL.+XXXXX

but now it is coming only as

connected to

15-FT-001-N1 150

E - XXXXXXX

N-XXXXXXXX

EL.+XXXXXXX

Please let me know HOW TO BRING THE eQUIPMENT NAME WITH EQUIPMENT TAG IN ISOMETRIC.

Go to project settings:

Isometric DWG Settings/Annotations

End connection annotations

select Connected equipment nozzles

then in the Connection text input

<Equipment.Tag>-<Equipment.PartSizeLongDesc>

Now the Problem is Nozzle No & Rating is not coming.
