Default Connector Config error....

I have an issues with a new install of Plant 3D 2014 (with ext 2 installed), that sees the DefaultConnectorsConfig.xmlfail to load in an existing SQL Express project. I cannot replicate this error on any other PC and it is isolatd to my Laptop and all other projects that i attempt to open.

I have tested whether or not the XML is corrupt or missing and both have been proven otherwise. we have multiple users on this project an knowone is suffering from this.

Before i chalk this up to a severely dodgy install, i thought id throw this out there and see if anyone has had similar issues and has found a solution. A reinstall is quite a mission to achieve working for my consultancy, so i would like to avoid this if possible.
