Custom pipe/fittings with different end types

Can you make a custom part, either pipe or fitting, that contains different end types? (EX: pipe with flange on one end and spigot on the other. Also, tee with bell on main run and flange on side extension.) If so, how is this done? I have tried, but when I insert the part into the program, it does not work.

yes, you can. You can define any port as you like, but in order to get the graphics correct, you need to base your components on the correct shape.

You can download the Bondstrand catalog from Plant Exchange to get an idea of possibilities. Attached pdf gives an overview

Is there any kind of documentation similar to the attached picture for AWWA pipe/fittings with BELL end type? I may just be in the dark about this, but I'm not sure what bondstrand is.
