Custom Parts not on BOM

I am having an issue where custom components, like flowmeters, are not showing up in the BOM that I generate using the AutoCAD Plant Report Creator 2014.  Would anyone know how I can get these to show up?

Also, I would also like for the Flowmeter to show up on my iso and not as shown in some screen shots in the attached file.

Can you post a screenshot of the flowmeter properties?

Here you go.  Thanks.

I'm sure I set something up wrong buit I'm at a loss for where I went wrong.  I wish the Catalogs had a component category for Instruments.

The reason the Orifice Plate does not appear in the BOM is because it classes this as an Instrument. Orifice Plate SKEY is set to Instrument in the catalogs. The workaround for this would be to change the SKEY from Instrument to Flange. This will then allow the Orifice Plate to show annotation and also to show up in the BOM. However, it will only place an "F" for annotation and currently there is not an avaliable option to change the annotation. There is a open request with Plant development to add this option as a future feature request.

My Orifice plates would not appear on the isometric bom, but after changing the Type from "Instrument" to "Flange" and setting the Shop/Field to "Field" it works fine.
