Usually what we used to do is to make a project configure the project with respect to specs and catalogue and also to isometrics required and save it.
You can now start your project by selct copy from template and continue on.
In your case it is simple... what you do, is rename and remove the folder of your isometrics to another location outside the project then make a new folder with the carrect name.
