Changing the insertion point of an ortho view? ( create ortho view )

Is there a command to change the insertion point of an ortho?

currently it defaults to the bottom left corner, I want to change it to the center.

I place the ortho down then select the mid between two points to replace each and every ortho I place, which is a lot of wasted time.
