Catalog load

When i open up Plant 3d 2015 an error occurs:  

 

Unable to load catalog file

'C:\Users\sannese\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk|AutoCAD Plant 3D 2015\R20.0\enu\support\ToolPallette\AcPpAssetToolCatalog.atc'

 

This occured after a software crash.  Also when i try to open my project drawing it is coming up with a critical error.

 

Can someone please help me with the catalog load at least.  I am thinking once that is fixed my other issues will go away.

Not sure if this will help, but try going into the project folder and delete the file: SubstitutionPalettes.xml

When next you access the project, P3D will rebuild this file.
