Cannot create iso drawings

I ran into a problem when I try to create iso drawings in Plant 3D 2013.  When I try to create an iso I get an error message "PnPiso stopped working" and no iso drawings are produced.  However I had a coworker try creating iso's on his computer and he gets the same message but it will produce iso drawings.  I have tried changing the "Iso Style" but i still get the same message.  I am new to the Plant program.  Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Have you tried to purge out the data cache on the users machine yet? Close out of Plant 3D and any other AutoCAD related tools. Run the following utility.

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD Plant 3D 2013 - English\PnPLocalDataCachePurger.exe

You can also try to purge the Graphic Cache. In your local user data folder, the GraphicsCache contains content that create this error.

In Windows 7 the folder is located at:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\AutoCAD Plant 3D 2013 – English\R18.2\enu\GraphicsCache

You should create a backup folder and move the contents of the cache to the backup folder.

Restarting after moving the contents of the graphics cache folder might help to fix the issue.

Another thing to try is in Windows Explorer, delete the contents of your Windows Temp folder. You can locate the Temp folder by entering %TEMP% in the Address bar of Windows Explorer.

Do you know if there is a pnplocaldatacachepurger.exe for plant 3d 2014? I don't see a plant 3d 2014-English folder under the program files...

Hello!

Could you help me. I have a Plant 3D 2016 and I created project based on the previous project.

I complited 3D model and try to make a ISO and I can't do it.

Autocad just stopped, sometime I need to reboot PC to close it or it shutdown itselves without any messages.

I created new project (based on the same previuos project), copy drawing with 3D model to new project and all works good.

What it could be?

2016 is not new; has this ever worked? What is new with your setup?

yes it is. But the cost of designing in Ukraine not so high for subscribe or buying each year new version.

Never the less, its works! It's works in previous project (lets call it "template"), it's works in new project which was creat from the "template". But it doesn't work in this one project which was creat from also this template (but I add few new elements in P&ID, new annotation style, etc.).

Either fix his one file with one or more of these options https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/AutoCA...

Or post that DWG file here for someone to test for themselves to help you out.
