Cannot create Equipment

Hi

I have a problem with creating Equipments. when I click on function Create I get just blank window. Even When I want to load some template of Equipmnet massage (secont picture). There was one problem with registers, but I soved it, but this one I don´t know how. Does anybody have any idea how to solve this problem?.

If you have the AutoCAD Service Pack 2 installed, uninstall it. It causes problems with equipment creation and a couple other things in Plant.

I had to uninstall not only sevice pack for autocad but all service packs 2 for all autocad applications and now it works perfect. thaks you very much for repply.
