Can't draw fittings anymore with standard spec connect error

Today we encountered the following issue:

I route a pipe of 2" CS300 without any problems.

When I try to route a 4" CS300 line it does not show an elbow when routing. When I click at an angle it places the minimum amount of pipe.

I tried the line to pipe function. I get two connection error messages. It places two pipes and an elbow on top of it.

I tried an other project whith the same spec it works without any problems. So the spec is good.

What could cause this problem?

Did you make any changes to the CS300 spec that is in the Project you are working in? If you start a new Plant 3D drawing within that project, do you get the same issue?

Today I figured out what caused the problem. A colleague thicked the box for acception of imperial to metric connections for a buttweld joint.
