Can not See Elbows in NavisWorks

How can I do to see elbows in naviswork 2012?

Go to the Options Editor and make sure your DWG loader Version matches your Autocad Version.

Plant 2013+ NavisWorks manage 2013 .I have the same problem with ebows!

thebearjed's advice does not helps (dwg loader version=2013 in settings)

Also, there's no Plant 3D specific properties in NavisWorks!

Yes, I has the Plant 3d enablers 64-bit installed on that PC. May be something wrong with C++ redistributables (see http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Autodesk-Navisworks/Elbows-and-fittings-missing-amp-Object-enabler-wil...), because this PC has many products installed (CAD's, Visual Studio's, etc...)
