We are having repeated problems with a SQL Express P3D Project. We have found that we have to run the PnPLocalDataCachePurger.exe often to keep users access to the project. It seems that when one user changes the configuration to the project, then other users can't get into the project without running the CachePurger. Anyone have any ideas what we may be able to do to make it so that this will not happen?
