I'm confused with your question? You want to make a boiler room drawing, a 2D view of it? You want to model it? What else is in the room?

sorry guys.i am trying to cteate a 3d model of the boiler routesertc within the boiler house.i have tried to create the boiler etc but takes too long.i am asking is there a liabeery or site to which i can download equipment or better still ability to modify existing schemes from somebody.in my create equipment liabery i have some pieces but things like vessels only have create new vessel etc,am i missing a tric somewhere?

You would have to create your own equipment, piping and structural models to represent what you want. There isn't a 'template' to do these things.
