AutoCAD only recognizes 218 MB of my video card memory

I'm running Plant 3D 2012. I have never used a 3D CAD program that has worse performance (and I've used many different ones). I'm running a workstation with 12MB ram, windows 7 x64, 2.3 GHz xeon, and an Nvidia Quadro 5000 graphics card. One thing I noticed recently is that in the performance tuner log it shows that my video card only had 218 MB of memory. I attached a picture of the tuner log.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Burned out card, or not properly seated in the slot?  What does the nVidia control panel and diagnostic routines tell you?

i second that

sounds like bad ram on your card or a seating issue

try updating your driver from nvidia

the latest one seems to run crisp
