assign tag dialog box disappear

Hi. I have an issue reagrding on assign tag dialog box. I'm not sure if i have click or type any commands, but now when i want to assign tag for pipe the assign tag dialog box does not come out. even no window, it would not allow me to do any amendment in my plant project  unless i click ESC (similar if assign tag is there(. did anyone know how to call out back this assign tag dialog box???

Solved the problem already. it just that my assign tag dialog box appear on another desktop, coz i have extend my pc screen.
