I have downloaded the AU pipe and fitting catalog, it came through as with a 10MB .pcat for pipe and fittings. Is that the correct size? Our IT have procedures in place where large file sizes don't download correctly sometime. I'm now questioning if I only received a partial download. I can see ductile pipe, and PVE and most PE, but I don't see any steel schedule pipe or fittings. Hi,

You can check this Readme to verify what you have downloaded. I see mostly on Plastic components, few steel, and ductile iron part families.

No carbon steel components in AS/NZS Pipes and Fittings content pack. but, you can author your own components using Spec & Catalog editor, and Catalog builder.

Bill, regardless of the Catalog Units, you can edit in Imperial or Metric, and whatever is in the catalog doesn't suit you, you would just add your own parametric parts, or custom AutoCAD blocks and convert them to Catalog parts.

You can add one by one, or add via the Catalog Builder which lets you add items in Excel also.

Once they are in the Catalog, you then add them to a spec via your own filters for size, end conditions, ratings etc.
