Adding a nozzle to new equipment

I am using Plant 3D 2015. 

I created a piece of equipment using the "convert equipment" icon 

When I select the new equipment it brings up the "add nozzle" icon next to it, but when I select the "add nozzle" icon nothing happens. It should prompt me to select the center point of the new nozzle.

My drawing is a plant drawing.

This has happened on three different computers and three different projects in the office.

The Auto Cad Service pack 2 was installed. I uninstalled this servise pack AGAIN and I am good to go
