Add Tap to a Gate Valve

Can a 3/4" Tap be added to a flanged gate valve? OR can a new Flanged Gate Valve be created with an additional port ?

You dont need to add another port, you can place or connect a stub in pipe or an olet to a valve. Hope it helps, thanks
