ACIS Solid conversion issue

I am finding an issue in exporting the plant intelligent objects conversion to ACIS solid conversion, I.e SAT format.

The ACIS conversion only good to non intelligent objects, is there any option?

Have you tried EXPORTTOAUTOCAD?

Yes did, with this method I need to do 2 process instead one, first to Autocad and then opening Autocad file and ACIS convert option. Is there no direct conversion method?, also I want to see the the insulation pipe in the SAT or converted dwg format?,
