If you save the drawing in 2013 to 2010, then if u open in plain autocad 2010 only this issue will come, wat u do, open the drawing in plain autocad 2013 then save in 2010, u won't face problem.

Check your Isometric Symbol (Acad Block) From your Project Setup.

Should be something like this.

Don't use weld gap, redraw the line without weld gap. Issue is there with use of weld gap in plant 3d, if it solves Pls. Let me know

Hi Ahmed,

Is you pipe model drawn at high coordinates?

If so, try moving it closer to 0,0 and recreate the Isometric.

Thanks,
Dan

Please see the attached pic, remove the check box against weld gap, redraw and you will get the output.

Hi Dan Welcome Back Long time,

I will assuming it will work after moving the plant, in this case the coordinate it will show in the generated isometric wrong so is that real solution

Hi Ahmed,

If this is caused by high coordinates the only workaround is moving to lower coords.

This is something that has been logged with our developers.

Thanks,

Dan

Hi @Ahmed1081975 , @Dan.Scales

Was this ever resolved? I have the same issue, but only seems to occur with certain users.

The co-ordinates of the pipe don't make any difference, even with one end of the line on 0,0,0 some of our users have this issue.

Hi @nikele ,

The pipe spec I was having this problem with was one I had created with my own endcodes, but I hadn't updated the PLANTENDCODES of the other users to match what I had set up on my own machine - once I did this it solved the problem. Our shared content folder is on a network drive, but I had forgotten that PLANTENDCODES (I had just started using Plant 3D) isn't stored in the shared content folder. Hope this helps.

Graham
