I am wanting to move my whole project from one place to another on our server. How hard would it be and would it ruin any information already in the project?

Not a problem as long as you move the all the project files and drawings together.

But you need to do it with P&ID pointing to another project so that Windows doesn't see the folder as being accessed.

After you move it you'll need to just open the project from the project manager in the new location.

Be careful! We ruined a drawing with this and stopped.

Better to stop P&ID, change the XML files and COPY the drawings to the new
location.
Start P&ID, load the project and see if everythings works all right.
