Booking OPCN connection

in a multiple user environment, if the target drawing is occupied by other user, connection is not made. in the case, can we *BOOK* the connection when the other user close the project ?

The software does not allow for actions to be queued for later execution.
The software has to be able to open the other drawing to allow the
connection to be established.
