What? no elevation tags

Is this true? How do you propose we communicate this information to the
field. They do not walk around with headgear yet. If there is not a utility
to tag elevations of all 3D objects (top, center and bottom with insulation
and without). This information is critical to the field. we can not do
section views for every thing on the plan. I am speaking from an installers
position.
Just to push the envelope further these tags could be linked to the objects,
and when the objects move they move with them and update if the elevation
changes. I know some may think this is pie in the sky dreaming, but AutoCAD
is very powerful.

If this sounds like something you could use. this is good time to say so. If
we do not ask, we will not get.

Sorry if this seems like it is bashing. Its not it is a powerful
productivity tool that I have seen in other software, well not the auto
update in elevation.

Elevation tags have been added to ABS 2004. What can be done to improve
them?
